Lesley Kushner

Lesley Kushner is an FMC-accredited family mediator and psychotherapist, practising through Alchemy Mediation near Tunbridge Wells, Kent, with over 12 years of experience as a mediator and two decades as a psychotherapist. She is qualified to conduct MIAM assessments, all-issues mediation, and child-inclusive mediation, specialising in helping separated parents reach the best outcomes for their children. Lesley is a member of the Family Mediators Association, holds BACP membership as a psychotherapist, and also offers separation and divorce coaching, bringing an integrated therapeutic approach to supporting families through change.
