Adele Marie Mawdsley

Adele Mawdsley is a Solicitor in the Child Law team at McAlister Family Law, having qualified in 2024 following a training contract at the firm that began in September 2022. Adele read Law at Manchester Metropolitan University before completing her LPC with LLM at the University of Law, and joined McAlister as a paralegal in June 2019, building deep expertise in child proceedings before qualifying. She specialises in child custody, child arrangement orders, care proceedings, special guardianship, and child relocation, with experience running Local Authority cases from an early stage in her training.
