Ahsan Mian

Ahsan Mian is a Senior Associate at Ketley Miller Joels, qualifying as a solicitor in 2016 at a City firm with a highly regarded family law department before joining KMJ in May 2020. He specialises in all aspects of private family law arising from relationship breakdown, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements (including cases where assets are located internationally), and private law children matters such as contact disputes, domestic abuse, international relocation and child arrangement orders. Ahsan is experienced in acting for high-net-worth clients in cases involving high-value properties, business interests, share schemes, inherited wealth, trusts and complex jurisdiction issues, having worked closely with forensic accountants, tax experts and property valuers; many of his cases have been heard at the High Court. He is a member of Resolution and, prior to his legal career, worked as a TV producer making documentaries for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
