Aysha Chouhdary

Aysha Chouhdary is a Partner in the Family team at Geldards LLP in Cardiff, having joined in March 2023 and been promoted to Partner, and is head of the firm’s Faith and Cultural Family Law practice and a Council Member of the Cardiff Law Society. She specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, financial remedy and children matters with particular expertise in Islamic divorce, Shariah law and faith-based mediation, and is a member of Resolution serving on its National EDI Committee and South Wales Committee. Described in the Legal 500 as providing a cost-effective and strategic service and as compassionate and approachable.
