About Caroline
Caroline Korah is a Partner at Vardags and Head of the Children team, specialising exclusively in children law with a particular focus on complex cross-border and international disputes. She qualified in 2012 and trained in the award-winning children department formerly headed by the late Anne-Marie Hutchinson OBE KC (Hon), developing expertise in child abduction proceedings under the 1980 and 1996 Hague Conventions, wardship applications, leave to remove cases, enforcement of foreign orders, and domestic abuse injunctions. Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, and having undertaken a secondment at the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law in Hong Kong, she brings exceptional international reach to the most complex cross-jurisdictional children cases.
