About Charlotte
Charlotte is an Associate in the Family team at Mishcon de Reya. She advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial remedy and Schedule 1 proceedings, private law children matters, pre and post nuptial agreements, and variation proceedings. She has experience working with a range of clients, including ultra-high net worth individuals, those in the public eye, homemakers and those with ties to multiple jurisdictions. She has a particular interest in cases involving assets acquired prior to marriage and children cases involving multiple jurisdictions, and is experienced in resolving matters via non-court dispute resolution processes as well as court intervention.
