Deborah Cahill is a Senior Associate Solicitor at The Family Law Company, having joined in 2018 and specialising in divorce, the financial consequences of relationship breakdown, and cohabitation disputes. She prepares prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, advises on jointly owned property and matters under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA), and is experienced in separation agreements. A Resolution accredited specialist in cohabitation and private law children matters since 2002, she is also a member of the Law Society Children Panel.
