Emily Botham

Emily Botham is a Senior Associate in the Family team at Foot Anstey’s Exeter office, having joined in April 2020 from Ashfords where she built her specialist practice, and qualified as a solicitor in March 2012. She has extensive experience in helping clients to separate finances and other assets following divorce, including property, businesses, pensions and trusts, and routinely handles cases involving cohabitation, children and safeguarding issues. Emily is an accredited specialist matrimonial and divorce lawyer with over a decade of experience in family financial remedy proceedings.
