Emma Carey

Emma Carey is the Managing Partner of MSB Solicitors and has led the firm’s transformation from a regional practice into a national law firm since her appointment in 2018, making her the first female Managing Partner in the firm’s history. She holds Resolution accreditation in domestic abuse and international child abduction, was instrumental in establishing MSB’s International Abduction Panel and holds ICACU panel status. A Leading Individual in the Legal 500 every year since 2014, Emma chairs the firm’s EDI/ESG Committee and has received 14 professional awards, and has mentored numerous solicitors who have gone on to join the firm’s partnership.
