Emma qualified as a solicitor in 1999 at Lawrence Graham LLP (now Gowling WLG), specialising in private client matters, before moving to Coutts Private Bank as a Wealth Planner where she gained extensive experience in both onshore and offshore estate planning. She joined Bross Bennett in 2019 as a consultant, advising on wills, lasting powers of attorney, and probate, and brings a thorough understanding of complex family dynamics to matters involving inheritance and estate administration. Emma is also a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Law in London, teaching private client law and professional practice, and has trained in mediation to support clients navigating sensitive family and estate issues.
