Fiona Wood

Fiona Wood is a Partner at McAlister Family Law with over 25 years of experience in complex financial remedy proceedings involving company interests, partnerships, trusts and unusual pension structures, including SSASs and FURBS. She has appeared in reported case law including D v D [2010] EWHC 138, which concerned a family farming business, and advises entrepreneurs, professionals, sportsmen, entertainers and their spouses, as well as clients based nationally and internationally.
