Gemma Davison is Team Leader Partner and Head of Stowe Family Law’s Oxford and Banbury offices, qualified since 2009 and holding a Masters in Medical Ethics and Law as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Childcare Law and Practice. She is an accredited Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer, and a Resolution Accredited Specialist in both private children and financial matters, with experience spanning divorce and financial remedy proceedings, complex pension, property and business cases, private and public children disputes, and spousal maintenance. Uniquely, Gemma also advises clients on family-building options including domestic and international surrogacy, platonic co-parenting, donor conception, and single parenthood by choice — an area in which she is recognised as a Key Lawyer by the Legal 500 2025.
