Gemma Whitchurch

Gemma Whitchurch is a Partner in the Family Law team at Sydney Mitchell LLP, qualifying as a solicitor in 2008 and practising exclusively in family law since. She became the first lawyer in the firm’s 260-year history to achieve Higher Rights of Audience Civil qualification, enabling her to represent clients in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Gemma is a member of Resolution, sits on the Resolution West Midlands committee, and handles both complex high-net-worth financial remedy cases and sensitive children matters including those involving domestic abuse.
