About Hayley
Hayley Catherall is a Partner at MSB Solicitors and a Chartered Legal Executive who has been a partner at the firm since 2017, having worked in family law since the age of 19. She has a wealth of experience in complex divorce, financial matters, cohabitation, and children proceedings, including cases involving social services. Hayley is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in both domestic abuse and cohabitation, and is one of only three Resolution Accredited Specialists in the Merseyside region for cohabitation. She advises on international financial and high-net-worth matters, and represents both legally aided and private clients. Hayley is a passionate advocate for access to justice and is actively involved in mentoring apprentices and neurodivergent team members, pro bono work, and dementia and animal welfare charities.
