Holly Wark

Holly Wark is an Associate in the SIPP & SSAS Real Estate Team at Birketts’ Ipswich office, having joined the firm in 2024. She qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and brings a distinctive combination of legal expertise and operational insight: prior to returning to private practice, she spent seven years as a Senior Property Operations Manager for a leading SIPP provider, overseeing a portfolio of around 6,000 commercial properties and leading a team of 70. Holly advises SIPP and SSAS providers and their clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, the granting of leases, and deeds of variation or surrender.
