About Jade
Jade Quirke is a senior associate in Russell-Cooke’s children and education team, having qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and joined the firm in 2021. She is one of a small number of lawyers in England and Wales specialising in fertility law, advising on domestic and international surrogacy arrangements, intercountry adoption, and complex children law matters including international relocation and parental orders. Jade has developed a particular reputation for advising LGBTQ+ families and has acted on ground-breaking cases, including applications for parental orders in historic international surrogacy arrangements.
