James Rees

James Rees is a Partner in the Family team at Mishcon de Reya with over 15 years of experience. He deals primarily with high value financial disputes with complex financial issues including trust and company structures and offshore assets, and has a particular interest in cases involving the Middle East. He also has extensive experience of private law children matters, including applications for leave to remove children from and within the jurisdiction, with particular interest in cases involving allegations of parental alienation.
