Dr. Jane Mbah is the executive director of J & J Solicitors Limited, having enrolled as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2011. She holds a PhD in Telecommunications Law and a Master of Laws degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Stirling, and was previously qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Dr. Mbah is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London and advises clients on all aspects of family law including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce proceedings, child custody and support arrangements, domestic violence protection orders, mediation services, and complex financial settlements. She leads a multidisciplinary practice that also handles immigration and employment law matters, providing tailored legal solutions to individual and business clients.
