Jayne Martins

Jayne Martins is a Partner in the Family team at RWK Goodman’s Bath office, and Head of the Financial Remedies Team, having specialised in family law throughout her career and joining from Stone King in April 2021. She is an accredited family mediator and collaborative lawyer, with a particular focus on reducing conflict and finding constructive resolutions in complex financial matters for married and unmarried couples, including high net worth cases involving businesses and international assets. Jayne chairs the Bath branch of Resolution and is also a member of the Family Mediators Association, bringing particular expertise in prenuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes and private children law with cross-border elements.
