Jessica Rush

Jessica Rush is a Solicitor in the Family team at Howard Kennedy LLP, handling all aspects of family law work including divorce and financial matters, private law children proceedings, fertility law and nuptial agreements. She completed her training contract with Howard Kennedy and qualified in September 2020, since developing an established practice in children and financial remedy matters recognised by the Legal 500. Jessica is a member of Resolution and has particular experience in parental orders from the High Court for out-of-time international surrogacy cases.
