Joanna Lofthouse

Joanna Lofthouse is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Family, Children and Divorce team at Raworths LLP in Harrogate, having joined the firm in 2001. She is trained as a Collaborative Lawyer and has developed a particular specialism in complex financial matters involving agricultural, farming business, and rural backgrounds, understanding the idiosyncrasies of farming cases and the need for bespoke solutions. Jo is a member of Resolution, won the ILEX President Medal Award in 2009/2010, and is known for her alternative dispute resolution approach including round table meetings, hybrid mediation, and collaborative law to achieve workable outcomes in complex family cases.
