Joe Vaitilingam is a co-founding Partner at Vaitilingam Kay (est. 2014), specialising in family law, cross-border divorce, financial remedy, trusts in family law, and pre-nuptial agreements. He qualified as a solicitor in 1996 at Bates, Wells and Braithwaite after studying Politics and Economics at Oxford, and was previously a partner at Hughes Fowler Carruthers. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, a member of Resolution, and a collaborative lawyer, mediator and trained arbitrator.
