John Boon is a Partner in the Family team at Roythornes Solicitors, based in the Spalding office and also serving clients in the Peterborough and Alconbury areas, with many years of experience specialising exclusively in family law. He has a wide and varied caseload covering divorce and financial proceedings, children matters, cohabitee disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and injunction proceedings, with significant experience in complex financial remedy cases involving businesses, farms, pensions, non-matrimonial property and family trusts. John is also experienced in contested Children Act proceedings, including fact-finding hearings following serious allegations of abuse, and is recognised in the Legal 500 East Midlands family rankings.
