Katherine Lauder

Katherine Lauder (née Moody) is a Partner at RWK Goodman and Head of the Bath Children (Private Law) and Domestic Abuse Team, having qualified in 2005. She is an experienced family solicitor specialising in complex private children cases, representing parents, grandparents and other family members, as well as children directly and via Children’s Guardians. Katherine is a Resolution Accredited Specialist and an accredited mediator, with particular expertise in child arrangements, domestic abuse injunctions, international relocation and special guardianship orders.
