Lindsay Halliwell is a Partner and Accredited Family and Child Inclusive Mediator at Steele Raymond LLP with over 20 years’ experience in family law. She specialises in all aspects of divorce and separation for both married and unmarried couples, with particular expertise in the complex area of asset division for separated unmarried partners. Lindsay holds Resolution accreditation as a specialist in child law and TOLATA matters, and is an accredited family mediator qualified to conduct child-inclusive mediation to help separated families reach their own resolutions.
