Mark Hands is a Partner in the Family team at Irwin Mitchell LLP, based in Birmingham and representing clients nationally and internationally in complex family law cases. He has an established practice in high-value financial remedy proceedings including intervenor claims involving third parties, intricate tax structures, overseas trusts and assets, and a niche practice advising in cases within Asian communities. Mark is one of only five specialist lawyers in the West Midlands listed by Reunite for international child movement cases and is a registered lawyer with the Football Association.
