About Mark
Mark Leeson is a Partner and joint Head of the family team at Brachers LLP, having joined the firm in May 2012 and specialised in family law since qualifying in 1990. He is particularly well-regarded in the regional market as a mediator, having trained in 1995 and been an FMA accreditation trainer in the late 1990s, and also qualified as a collaborative family lawyer in 2007. Mark is ranked in Band 4 by Chambers UK 2026 for Family/Matrimonial in the South and as a Recommended Lawyer in Legal 500 2025; he received the Kent Law Society Pro Bono Award 2024 for his commitment to supporting separated families.
