Mary-Joyce Insaidoo

Mary-Joyce Insaidoo is the Principal Solicitor and Director of Arthurs Solicitors, a Resolution Accredited Specialist with 20 years of experience in family law, qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. Based in Birchington, East Kent, she advises clients on divorce and financial remedy proceedings involving medium to high net worth assets, civil partnership dissolution, private and public law children matters including child arrangements, special guardianship, relocation, child abduction and care proceedings, domestic abuse, forced marriage, and unmarried couple disputes. She currently serves as Kent Law Society President for 2026–2027 and received the Kent Law Society Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Law in 2022.
