Michele Brown

Michele Brown is a Partner and Head of the Child Care Law team at Hanne & Co, having returned to children’s law in 2019 and become a Director in 2020 before re-joining the Children Panel in 2021 and being appointed Head of Care/Child Care in January 2023. Within the first 10 years of her career she obtained Family Law accreditation with both the Law Society and Resolution (then SFLA), became a member of the Children Panel and was listed in the Legal 500, and became a partner at the largest law firm in the South East. She specialises in public law children proceedings representing parents, grandparents, children and other family members, including in cases involving alleged physical and sexual abuse, domestic abuse and substance misuse.
