Michelle Moss

Michelle Moss is an equity partner and Head of Family Law at Russell & Russell, having joined the firm in 2006 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2008. She spent eight years developing the family law department at the Chester office before returning to the Bury Office as head of department. Michelle specialises in representing parents and children in care proceedings brought by the local authority, and has experience across all areas of family law including divorce, separation, and financial matters. She is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and a member of Resolution, demonstrating her commitment to non-confrontational approaches to family disputes.
