About Molly
Molly Harris is an Associate in the Family Team at Birketts’ Norwich office, advising clients on all aspects of private family law including divorce, financial provision on relationship breakdown, and child arrangements. She has particular experience assisting victims of domestic abuse with protective injunctions and regularly handles international family matters, including obtaining English court orders to reflect the terms of foreign proceedings. Committed to access to justice, Molly provides pro bono advice through the Compassion Clinic and Norfolk Community Law Service, and volunteers for Citizens Advice Bureaux.
