Nina James

Nina James is a Solicitor in the Family Law team at Gibson & Co Solicitors in Newcastle, having qualified in 2005 and returned to the north-east in 2006 after training at a large national firm on the south coast, subsequently holding partner and Head of Department roles before joining Gibson & Co in June 2021. She is experienced in all aspects of family law including proceedings involving children and divorce, with a particular interest in resolving the finances upon separation, regularly advising on high net worth matters, farming cases and nuptial agreements and accepting instructions nationally and internationally. Nina is both Resolution accredited and a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Panel.
