Nova Maxwell is an Associate in the Family team at Mishcon de Reya with over a decade of experience in family law matters. She is qualified from BPP Law School (2016) and advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private law children matters, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. She specialises in surrogacy cases and parental orders, particularly for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients with complex multi-jurisdictional asset structures. Nova is a member of Resolution and the Surrogacy and Modern Families Group at Mishcon, bringing expertise in both contentious and non-contentious family matters.
