Sole Proprietor of Motley & Hope Solicitors since 2012. Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and joined the practice in 1979, becoming a partner in 1981. His work focuses almost exclusively on child care law, where he has over 40 years’ experience. He has been involved in significant House of Lords cases including In Re S and In Re W matters. Paul is a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children.
