About Penny
Penny Seguss is a Consultant at Burgess Mee Family Law, called to the Bar in 1996 having completed her pupillage at 29 Bedford Row, and subsequently gaining experience from a solicitor’s perspective through roles at Charles Russell solicitors and Camilla Baldwin solicitors in Mayfair. She practises across public and private law children proceedings and all aspects of financial remedy work, with a particular specialism in financial claims under Part III of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 following divorce obtained outside England and Wales, often involving complex offshore structures, asset tracing and enforcement. Penny is a member of Resolution, the Family Law Bar Association, a trained Collaborative lawyer and a qualified direct access barrister.
