About Philip
Philip Rutter is a Partner and Head of the Family and Divorce team at Bishop and Sewell LLP having joined the firm in 2016 as a specialist family lawyer with significant experience in claims for financial provision on divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, civil partnership dissolution and cohabitation agreements and disputes. Many of his cases have an international dimension and he is a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and of Resolution with particular expertise in disputes where generational or entrepreneurial assets are at stake including matters involving complex business structures and trust elements.
