Punam Deepak

Punam Deepak is a Director at D&A Solicitors Limited, which she co-founded in 2007 (formerly Calthorpe Solicitors). Qualified as a solicitor in 2005, she has spent nearly 20 years specialising in immigration and asylum law, with extensive experience in deportation and bail applications. She leads the firm’s immigration practice, having previously headed immigration departments at two major law firms. Beyond immigration, Punam is integral to D&A’s residential conveyancing team, bringing extensive expertise in property transactions and client-focused legal advice across complex family and immigration-related matters serving the Birmingham region.
