Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith is an Associate Solicitor in the Family team at Mincoffs Solicitors LLP, having joined the family department in January 2017 after qualifying as a solicitor in 2005 and spending eight years in family law in the South East of England before returning to the North East. She graduated from the University of Leicester in 2002 with a 2:1 LLB Hons and completed the Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University with distinction in 2003. Rachel advises clients on divorce and separation, financial remedy, civil partnerships, pre- and post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and has a keen interest in private law children matters including complex cases involving fact finding hearings and international relocation applications. She is a member of Resolution.
