Rebecca Allen

Rebecca Allen is a Solicitor at Burgess Mee Family Law, having qualified in December 2024 following a paralegal role and training contract at the firm. She advises clients on separation and divorce, including financial disputes, arrangements for children, protective injunctions and co-parenting matters, as well as surrogacy and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Rebecca studied Law at the University of York and was awarded a distinction on the LLM Legal Practice Course at BPP, where she also served as a student advisor in the BPP Legal Advice Clinic’s family team. She is a member of Resolution.
