Rebecca Faye Moore

Rebecca Moore is an Associate in the family team at Knights, with experience across all aspects of private family law including financial matters on divorce, contested children proceedings, and domestic abuse injunctions. She regularly represents vulnerable clients in applications for non-molestation and occupation orders, and advises on separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Rebecca also supports clients with medium to high net worth assets, including cases involving assets in excess of £1 million, and has handled complex international divorce proceedings requiring service in overseas jurisdictions.
