Richard Andrew Breslin

Richard is an experienced family law solicitor who qualified in 2009 and has worked exclusively in family law since qualification. He specialises in care proceedings and acts for parents, children and guardians in complex cases involving local authorities. Richard has been a member of the Law Society’s specialist Children Panel since 2013 and regularly advises on child protection matters, including applications relating to placement, contact and parental involvement in social services proceedings. He also has broad experience in matrimonial matters including divorce, domestic abuse and children arrangements.
