Rina Mistry

Rina Mistry is a Legal Director and Solicitor at Nelsons in Leicester, having qualified in 2013 and joined the firm in December 2020 following the acquisition of Glynis Wright & Co, before being promoted to Legal Director in 2025. She specialises in complex private children law, with a particular focus on parental alienation, cross-border jurisdictional disputes, and international child abduction proceedings, as well as internal and external relocation applications — whether temporary or permanent. Rina also has specialist experience in cases where a child or parent is neurodiverse, international surrogacy matters, applications on behalf of grandparents, and same-sex parenting arrangements.
