Robert Webster

Robert Webster is a Partner at Maguire Family Law, based primarily at the Knutsford office, having joined the firm in January 2020. He is dual qualified, admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand in 2015 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2018, bringing experience of contested proceedings before the Family Court and High Court in both jurisdictions. Robert advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, financial remedy, children matters and cohabitation disputes, and has been recognised as a Family Law Rising Star 2024.
