Rosemary Alderson

Rosemary Alderson is a Partner in the Family team at Knights’ Teesside office, bringing more than 20 years of experience in family law to clients throughout the UK and abroad. She specialises in financial provision on relationship breakdown, handling matters ranging from those with modest assets to complex cases involving business interests, farming assets, and SME structures, working closely with Knights’ corporate, commercial, tax, and real estate teams to align personal and commercial outcomes. Rosemary is also experienced in negotiating pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements, and has particular expertise in advising the financially weaker party in securing interim maintenance and Legal Services Payments orders.
