Samantha Louise Farndale

Samantha Farndale is a Partner in Stowe Family Law’s London office, having qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and joined the firm in 2021 following experience at Legal 500-rated firms in Central London and Newcastle. She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in complex financial remedies and cohabitation and TOLATA matters, and regularly advises mid to high-net-worth clients on divorce financial settlements, pension sharing — including public sector and final salary schemes — prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and complex private and public children proceedings including parental alienation cases.
