Sana Saddique

Sana Saddique is the founder and director of Collective Law Solicitors, a boutique family law firm in Birmingham. Qualified as a solicitor in February 2017, she brings over seven years of post-qualification experience specialising in private family law matters. Her practice encompasses divorce and financial remedy proceedings, pension sharing, child arrangements disputes, cohabitation disputes, Schedule 1 and TOLATA claims, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and international family law matters including surrogacy.
