Selena Ludick

Selena Ludick is a Partner and Head of the Family team at Bindmans LLP having joined the firm in February 2025 from Morr and Co LLP where she built her reputation as a leading family law specialist. With over three decades of experience she advises on complex financial remedy proceedings involving substantial assets, business interests, trusts and international elements as well as private children matters including high-conflict child arrangements, international relocation, allegations of abuse, coercive control and parental alienation. She is particularly experienced in representing grandparents in proceedings and advising on Special Guardianship Orders and is also noted for her mediation practice in resolving family disputes.
