Simon Dakers is a Managing Associate in the Children and Safeguarding team at Ward Hadaway LLP with over 20 years’ experience in family and matrimonial matters, specialising in all areas of children law. He represents children, parents and grandparents in Family Court proceedings involving local authorities, holds Law Society Children Law Accreditation and Resolution specialist accreditations in children law, domestic abuse and financial remedies, and is a qualified Children Arbitrator and member of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators.
