Sue Scott

Sue Scott is a Senior Solicitor in the Family department at Barrett & Thomson, having been admitted to the profession in January 2004 and joined the firm in December 2009 after studying law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of West London. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law including divorce, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, financial relief, contact and residence disputes, domestic abuse injunctions and occupation orders, and child abduction including leave to remove from jurisdiction, with particular experience in cases with an international element in the Royal Courts of Justice. She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Private Child Law and Domestic Abuse and serves as Chair of the local Resolution group.
