Susan Apthorp

Susan Apthorp is a Partner at Keystone Law, having qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and joined Keystone in 2020 following roles at Sears Tooth and Davis Arnold Cooper. She specialises in high-value divorce proceedings, complex financial remedy work for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, Inheritance Act claims, jurisdictional disputes, and children matters including international relocation and provision for children with complex medical needs. She has a particular interest in protecting vulnerable clients who have experienced coercive control and domestic abuse, and brings extensive reported case experience including appearances in the Court of Appeal.
